The Capital Region and City of Copenhagen, in collaboration with Region Skåne, City of Malmö and Interreg IVA launched a campaign aiming at informing businesses in the Øresund region about the benefits of replacing parts of corporate car fleets with electric cars.
A campaign was created for the purpose of communicating the benefits of electric cars aiming for institutions and corporations owning or leasing more than 25 vehicles in the Øresund region. Key message: benefits of the electric car as a relevant and economically viable alternative to conventional cars run on fossil fuels.
PS created the concept behind “DIN NYE KOLLEGA” and handled the whole campaign on both sides of the straits. PS created a complete campaign, including concept and unique identity, activated through a campaign website, direct mail, print and online banners in a wide range of media. Additionally, PS was responsible for media planning, purchasing, development and execution of the campaign.
- Direct mail generated 75 percent awareness in Copenhagen.
- Qualitative media coverage in Danish and Swedish media.
- Augmented sales of electric cars directly generated through the campaign.
