Every three years, Husqvarna arranges a global conference for all sales- and marketing representatives worldwide. PS assignment was to plan for and arrange a three-day event in Gothenburg for 200 participants from around the world.
A main part of arranging a successful conference is that of coordinating and managing logistics, speakers, entertainment and last but not least, content. An event of this calibre is created in order to facilitate networking, the exchange of experiences and ideas and ultimately boost the collective sense of belonging to a winning team. All parts of the puzzle must fit, eventualities dealt with swiftly.
